Welcome to the blog! Today I am sharing with you a 3D project I made that is a matchbox suitcase. I will use this cute, little suitcase to send someone some happy mail, put a gift for a friend in it, or just display in my craft room! In my kit this month, I got a mix of the new Crate Paper “Magical Forest” and OneCanoeTwo “Willow” and so that is what I used to create this project.
In the past, I have made suitcases that open like a real suitcase does, but what I love about this one is that you don’t need a cutting machine, it is very easy to make and opens just like a matchbox.
If you are looking where to find the tutorial to make this, check out the tutorial by fellow design team member, Amber. It is much more simpler to make than it looks and Amber’s tutorial is straight forward and easy to follow. And like I said, you don’t even need a cutting machine! If you would like to see the process video that I made for this, then you can check it out here.
I hope this inspired you and you will try something new! Happy crafting!
