Hey crafty friends, it’s Sarah and I am back today to show you a layout I made using my petite kit from The Wild Hare.  I love what was included this month….seriously I say that every month, but it’s true, I do.  When everything is what I like, well….I end up liking it all.

Unfortunately you won’t find a YouTube Unboxing video for this kit, BUT you will find an Unboxing video over on my Instagram account, so head over there and in the archives you will see all the crafty goodness that was included.  I’d love for you to follow me over there, as that is where I am most active with all of my projects.

So now onto the layout…

Because petite kits are meant to be used as enhancements to supplies you might already have on hand, or at least in my case that is how I use them.  For the layout that I created today, I took a stash kit that I had put together some time ago, and added bits from my March kit from The Wild Hare.

So what I did, was I took a few of the papers from the 6×6 paper pad from Heidi Swapp’s Emerson Lane collection, and layered them over a couple pieces of patterned paper from my stash.  Next I composed the title out of one of the cut a part sheet from the pad, as well as the journaling block.

Next I took a bunch of little layering elements from the die cut package from Maggie Holmes and used them to frame the photo, and add a bit of balance around the layout.

I love how this turned out and how I was able to incorporate lots of new bits into a kit I made from my older stash.

Until next time,
