Welcome to The Wild Hare Kits blog! I’m Rachel and today I am going to be sharing a step-by-step tutorial on how to make paper rosettes. You can use these to give to friends or pen pals, or stick them on a scrapbook layout! They are quite dimensional, so keep that in mind for your memory keeping. If you would prefer a video format of this tutorial, you can click here.
Step #1: Cut two strips of the same patterned paper to 1.25”x12”.
Step #2: Score at a half inch, all the way until the end.
Step #3: Do a “mountain and valley fold”.
Step #4: Hot glue both ends together.
Step #5: Cut out two circles out of separate paper.
Step #6: Flatten rosette to shape it.
Step #7: Hot glue a circle on each side of the rosette.
Step #8: Embellish away!
My number one tip would be: be patient! Sometimes it can be finicky. It might take some time, but if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact me on my Instagram @paperventures. Enjoy it and take your time! You will be so happy with your creation!
